    Ernst Toller is the pastor of the First Reformed Church in Snowbridge, New York, who is struggling with a crisis of faith. The film opens with him writing down his thoughts in a journal, which he plans to keep for a year, and then destroy. He leads a 250-year-old Dutch Reformed Church which was once a stop on the Underground Railroad. It faces dwindling attendance under Toller’s leadership, which has taken the church away from its historical focus on Calvinist theology; it now serves mostly as a tourist attraction. Toller, a former military chaplain, is also struggling with the death of his son Joseph, who was killed in the Iraq War, and with alcoholism. Toller seeks a deeper spiritual understanding through reading Roman Catholic writers (G. K. Chesterton and Thomas Merton) and mystical books (The Cloud of Unknowing). This leads him to seek support from Abundant Life, the evangelical megachurch in Albany that owns First Reformed.

    Ito is one of six elite enforcers for the South East Asian Triad, known as the Six Seas (Indonesian:enam laut). After massacring a village because a few villagers had stolen Triad drugs, Ito discovers the last survivor, a young girl named Reina. Ito turns on the Triad soldiers present and kills them. He returns to his childhood home of Jakarta and hides Reina in his ex-girlfriend Shinta’s apartment. Shinta treats his wounds and calls in Fatih, who used to be in a gang with Ito. Fatih moves them to his own apartment and brings in his cousin Wisnu, and the last member of the old gang, Bobby, a drug addict. He also arranges for Ito and Reina to get new passports.

    Arian is another member of the old gang, but has moved to Macau, where he is running a club for the Triad. He is shown slaughtering other crooks because they beat up one of his waitresses. Another Six Seas, Chien Wu, calls him in to help kill Ito.

    On Christmas Eve in Victorian London, Benjamin Stahlbaum gives his children Louise, Clara, and Fritz the presents his wife Marie had set aside for them before she died. Clara receives an egg-shaped box which she is unable to unlock, together with a note saying “All you will ever need is inside”. The family goes to a Christmas Eve ball, hosted by the children’s godfather and skilled engineer Drosselmeyer. Clara asks Drosselmeyer how to unlock her egg. He reveals that he made the egg for Marie when she was younger.

    Benjamin scolds her for refusing to dance with him, and they insult each other. Clara finds her string with her name on it, signifying her gift, and follows it into a forest in a parallel world where she sees a key. Before she can grab it, a mouse snatches it and crosses a frozen river. Captain Philip Hoffman, the Nutcracker, leads Clara across the bridge into the Fourth Realm and to the palace, where she meets the regents of each land: the Sugar Plum Fairy of the Land of Sweets; Shiver of the Land of Snowflakes, and Hawthorne of the Land of Flowers. They tell Clara they are at war with the Land of Amusements, which they refer to as “the Fourth Realm”.

    William Foster and Ed Whittle are biomedical research scientists working for Bionyne Corporation in Puerto Rico, attempting to transfer the mind of a dead soldier into an android with superhuman strength, codenamed Subject 345. Foster specializes in synthetic biology and mapping of the mind’s neural pathways, while Whittle’s speciality is reproductive human cloning. Foster successfully captures the soldier’s neural map and transfers it into the android’s synthetic brain, but the experiment fails when the soldier recoils in horror at the android body and destroys it, killing himself again. Foster’s boss Jones warns him that if he cannot get Subject 345 to work, the company’s shareholders will shut the project down.

    Foster takes his wife Mona and three children Sophie, Matt, and Zoe, on a boating trip, but on the way all but William are killed in a car crash. Determined to resurrect his family, he coaxes Ed to bring him the Bionyne equipment necessary to extract his family’s neural maps and to clone replacement bodies for them. He successfully extracts their neural maps and tells Whittle to dispose of the bodies, but the first major obstacle to his plan presents itself: only three cloning pods are available, forcing him to choose one to sacrifice. He chooses Zoe, the youngest, and erases her memory from the neural maps of the other three. Whittle starts the seventeen-day cycle required to create mature replacement clones for Foster’s family, and tells him he has only that long to solve the problem of integrating the neural maps into the cloned bodies, or else they will start to deteriorate by aging at an abnormally fast rate. Integrating the mind into a biological clone was phase two of the research project, to be solved after android transfer. Foster is forced to keep this secret, since he and Whittle have stolen millions of dollars of Bionyne equipment and are breaking bioethics. He spends the seventeen days removing evidence of Zoe’s existence from his home, and creating cover stories of illness to explain his family’s absence from work, school, and social media contact.

However, during one season, a new amusement park, ‘7 Parks’, with higher safety standards than Action Point opens up and begins to steal its clientele. D.C. is also pressured by his loan officer Knoblach into selling his land due to his failure to pay off a $100,000 loan which will be nearly impossible due to the new competition. Also, his estranged teenage daughter Boogie comes to visit and begins to help out at the park as a summer job.

    Ray Breslin continues to operate his security company to some success, with senior members Hush and Abigail and newcomers Shu Ren, Jasper Kimbral, and Luke Graves as field operators. During a hostage rescue mission in Chechnya, Kimbral, trusting his computer algorithms, deviates from the mission objectives. This results in one of the hostages being shot, later dying of her wounds, and Breslin fires Kimbral.

    A year later, Shu is contacted by his family to protect his cousin Yusheng Ma. Soon to announce groundbreaking satellite communications technology from his telecommunications company, Yusheng has been targeted by a rival company, Ruscho. After attending a party in Bangkok, Shu defends Yusheng from masked men, but both are stunned with M-26 military-grade tasers and kidnapped.

    Later, Shu finds himself imprisoned in an unknown arena, where inmates are forced to fight. Shu is forced to brawl another prisoner and wins, and encounters fellow inmate Kimbral, who explains the prison is called Hades, where he has been held for several months. Luke, Hush, Abigail, and Breslin attempt to locate Shu after his and Yusheng’s disappearance.

    Drawing on Breslin’s training to formulate an escape plan, Shu meets the warden Gregor Faust, who calls himself the “Zookeeper”, and learns that Faust wants Yusheng’s communications patents in exchange for their release. Yusheng tells Shu that he buried the technology for fear it could be used to hijack any nuclear launch system in the world, and they resolve to escape.

    Breslin determines that Hades is funded by the same mysterious organization who funded the Tomb, and seeks help from an old contact, Trent DeRosa. While following a lead on Shu’s disappearance, Luke is caught and transferred to Hades.

    In Los Angeles, cashier Audrey Stockman spends her birthday upset after being dumped, via text, by her boyfriend Drew. Her best friend and roommate, Morgan, convinces her to burn Drew’s things and sends him a text as a heads up. Unbeknownst to Audrey, Drew is a government agent being pursued by men trying to kill him. He promises to return and asks Audrey not to burn his things in the meantime.

    At her job, Audrey flirts with a man who asks her to walk him to his car. She is forced into a van. Inside, the man identifies himself as Sebastian Henshaw and states that Drew works for the CIA and has gone missing. Audrey admits talking with Drew the night before, but is allowed to go home. Drew shows up to retrieve his possessions, including a fantasy football trophy. People begin shooting at them and Drew tells Audrey that, if anything happens to him, she must go to a certain café in Vienna, Austria, and turn over the trophy to his contact. Drew is then murdered by a man Morgan had met at the bar the previous night. Which is naked at the time it happens.

    Morgan convinces Audrey to do what Drew said, and go to Vienna. At the café, Sebastian appears and demands the trophy at gunpoint. Audrey reluctantly hands it over, then Morgan makes a scene before the entire café is attacked and everyone starts shooting at one another, Audrey and Morgan defend themselves and flee, chased by men on motorcycles. Audrey reveals that she still has Drew’s trophy, since she switched it with one of several decoys they purchased. They board a train to Prague and discover that the trophy contains a USB flash drive. With an unusual shape design that is open. Morgan calls her parents, who tell her they can stay in Prague with Roger, a family friend.

    In San Jose, California, David Kim looks through old photographs and videos of his daughter Margot and his late wife Pamela, who died from lymphoma nearly two years earlier, after which David and Margot became distant. One night, Margot goes to a friend’s house for a study-group. While David sleeps, Margot attempts to call him three times. The next morning, David is unable to reach Margot but assumes she has risen early to go to school. Later, he calls Margot’s piano instructor, but is informed that Margot had cancelled her lessons six months ago. David discovers that Margot had been pocketing the money for the lessons, before suddenly transferring $2,500 to a deleted Venmo account. Realizing that Margot is missing, David calls the police, and the case is assigned to Detective Rosemary Vick, who asks for information about Margot’s personality and friendships. David manages to access Margot’s Facebook and speaks to her contacts, but discovers that Margot had distanced herself from her friends since Pamela’s death. Vick calls to report that Margot made a fake ID for herself, and shows traffic-camera footage of Margot’s car at a highway-juncture outside of the city, suggesting that Margot may have deliberately run away.

    David, unconvinced, discovers that Margot has been using a livestreaming site called YouCast and that she frequently spoke to a young woman called “fish_n_chips”. Vick investigates this, and reports back that “fish_n_chips” is innocent, having been sighted in Pittsburgh. From Margot’s Instagram, David finds that Margot frequently visited Barbosa Lake, which is near the highway-juncture where she was last seen. He drives to the lake and finds Margot’s Pokémon keychain on the ground. The police arrive and discover Margot’s car underwater and an envelope containing $2,500. A sweep of the surrounding area is conducted by the police and volunteers, but a local thunderstorm slows the progress. Margot’s body, however, is not found.

    En 1989, une nuit d’orage, l’adolescent Nico Lasarte (Julio Bohigas-Couto) joue de la guitare devant son caméscope avant d’être interrompu par sa mère María (Mima Riera) qui part travailler. Seul dans la maison, il entend des cris provenant de chez ses voisins et s’approche de la fenêtre : il voit des ombres très agités dans une pièce voisine. Ayant le cœur net, il va chez les voisins. Il rentre, remarque des talons d’aiguilles par terre dans la cuisine et, dans l’entrée, aperçoit le corps inerte de sa voisin Hilda Weiss (Clara Segura). Soudain, Aitor, le mari de cette dernière Ángel Prieto (Javier Gutiérrez) descend de l’escalier avec le couteau à la main. Le jeune homme prend peur et fuit vers chez lui. Tout en courant, poursuivi par le mari, il se fait renverser par une voiture. Il est mort.

    Vingt-cinq ans après, une famille s’installe dans la maison où habitaient l’adolescent mort et sa mère. En rangeant les affaires, Vera Durán (Adriana Ugarte) découvre caméscope et boîte remplie de cassettes audiovisuelles sur un vieux poste de télévision. Elle appelle son mari David (Álvaro Morte) et sa fille pour regarde les cassettes : il s’agit des enregistrements personnels du jeune Nico Lasarte avant sa mort accidentel. Son mari tombe sur un article parlant de ce jeune dernier et en parle à Vera. Une nuit d’orage, Vera est réveillée par un son venant du téléviseur qui s’allume sur des informations qui remontent dans les années 1980. Cela ne fait pas parti des enregistrements. Elle éteint. Le téléviseur se rallume au moment où Nico allume le caméscope et le téléviseur dans son époque : ils se voient et peuvent se communiquer. Elle lui explique alors sa mort qui va intervenir chez lui. Brusquement tout s’éteint lorsque l’orage touche le paratonnerre.

    Vera se réveille dans un hôpital, ne se souvient plus beaucoup. Une infirmière lui prévient qu’on l’attend dans une salle d’opération. Tout a changé : elle est docteur, et apprend que, dans sa vie réelle, elle n’a jamais eu un mari, encore moins une fille…

    Miles Morales, a teenager who admires Spider-Man, struggles living up to the expectations of his parents, especially his father, police officer Jefferson Davis, who sees Spider-Man as a menace. After school, Miles secretly visits his uncle Aaron Davis, who brings Miles to an abandoned subway station where he can paint graffiti. While there, Miles is unknowingly bitten by a radioactive spider and, the next day, discovers it gave him spider-like abilities, including the power to turn invisible, and to emit electric venom blasts.

    Searching for the spider, Miles returns to the station and unintentionally discovers a particle accelerator built by Wilson Fisk, who wishes to access parallel universes to find alternative versions of his wife and son who died in a car crash. Spider-Man tries to disable it while fighting Fisk’s enforcers, Green Goblin and Prowler. Spider-Man is gravely wounded by an explosion during the battle which kills Green Goblin. Spider-Man gives Miles, whom he previously found, a USB drive to disable the accelerator and warns that the machine could destroy the city if turned on again. Miles then watches in horror as Fisk kills Spider-Man. The news of Spider-Man’s death then spreads all over the city.

    Starr Carter is a 16-year-old American black girl who lives in the fictional, black neighborhood of Garden Heights, but attends a white private school, Williamson Prep. After a gun goes off at a party Starr is attending with Kenya, her brother’s half-sister, Starr is driven home by her childhood best friend, Khalil. While driving home, they are stopped by a white police officer. The officer tells Khalil, who is black, to exit the car; while outside the car, Khalil reaches through the driver-side window to check on Starr and he picks up a hairbrush. The white officer sees Khalil has an object in his hand and fires three shots at Khalil. Starr runs to Khalil and the officer tells Starr to sit then discovers that Khalil had a hairbrush, not a gun.

    Khalil’s death becomes a national news story. Starr’s identity as the witness is initially kept secret from about everyone outside Starr’s family – leaving Starr’s two best friends, Hailey Grant and Maya Yang, and Starr’s white boyfriend, Chris, who all attend Williamson Prep together, all unaware of Starr’s connection to the news story. Having to keep this secret weighs on Starr, as does her need to keep her Williamson and Garden Heights personas separate.

    In 1970, “Freddie” Farrokh Bulsara, an Indian-British Parsi is studying art at a college in London while working as a baggage handler at Heathrow Airport. At night he often goes out with friends to listen to music. One night after a show at a pub, Freddie goes to find the band, Smile and notices an attractive young woman (Mary Austin) in the hallway. She tells him how to find the band: Outside, he compliments drummer, Roger Taylor and guitarist, Brian May on their performance. Learning that their lead singer, Tim Staffell just quit, Freddie offers himself as a replacement and demonstrates his vocal ability. Later Freddie goes to Biba and sees Mary. She approaches and helps him choose some clothes, complimenting him on his style. They become a couple and eventually move in together.

    With the addition of Freddie as lead singer, and bassist John Deacon, the band play gigs across Britain selling out Unis and pubs. Freddie urges the band to think bigger and record an album. After selling their van, they book time late at night in a studio to produce their debut album. While recording with experimental sounds and techniques, an A&R rep from EMI watches them. He asks RT (Roy Thomas Baker) the sound engineer for demos. Soon, Freddie changes the band’s name to Queen and designs their logo. He also changes his name legally to Freddie Mercury.

    Harry Rawlings (Liam Neeson), a renowned thief, is killed alongside his partners Carlos (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo), Florek (Jon Bernthal), and Jimmy (Coburn Goss) during a botched robbery. His widow, Veronica (Viola Davis), is threatened by crime boss Jamal Manning (Brian Tyree Henry), from whom Harry and his partners robbed $2 million. Jamal needs the money to finance his electoral campaign for alderman of a South Side ward, where he is running against Jack Mulligan (Colin Farrell), the next-in-line of the Mulligan political family who have historically dominated the alderman position.

    Veronica discovers Harry’s notebook, which contains a detailed plan for a heist worth $5 million. She decides to carry out the plan to repay her debt to Jamal, and recruits two of the other widows, Alice (Elizabeth Debicki) and Linda (Michelle Rodriguez), to assist her. The fourth widow, Amanda (Carrie Coon), does not show at their initial meeting; when Veronica visits Amanda and learns she has a newborn child, she opts not to mention the heist plan to her. Alice buys the getaway car and guns, while Linda is tasked with deciphering a blueprint in Harry’s plan. Alice uses David (Lukas Haas), a real estate executive with whom she is in a transactional relationship, to identify the blueprint as a safe in Jack Mulligan’s home.

    On Cybertron, the Autobot resistance, led by Optimus Prime, are on the verge of losing the civil war with the Decepticons and prepare to evacuate the planet. A Decepticon force, led by Soundwave, Shockwave and Starscream, intercept them during the evacuation, and Optimus sends B-127 to Earth on an Escape pod in order to set up a base of operations where the Autobots can regroup. However, Decepticon seekers Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp destroy the launch pad during the escape.

    In 1987, B-127 reaches Earth alone, crash-landing in California and disrupting a training exercise by Sector 7, a secret government agency that monitors extraterrestrial activity on Earth. Colonel Jack Burns presumes B-127 to be a hostile invader and attacks, driving B-127 into the forest, where the Decepticon Blitzwing ambushes him. When B-127 refuses to reveal Optimus’s whereabouts, Blitzwing tears out his voice box and damages his memory core; despite this, B-127 kills Blitzwing. Before collapsing from his injuries, B-127 scans a nearby 1967 Volkswagen Beetle.

    Meanwhile, teenage girl Charlie Watson remains traumatized by the death of her father, and resentful of her mother Sally for remarrying. Charlie finds a yellow Volkswagen Beetle in a scrapyard belonging to Hank, who gives it to her as an 18th birthday present. Charlie unknowingly activates a homing signal that is detected by Decepticons Shatter and Dropkick as they interrogate and execute Autobot Cliffjumper on one of Saturn’s moons. The pair head to Earth, and pretend to be peacekeepers, persuading Sector 7 to help them find and capture B-127, whom they claim is a fugitive.

    In 1969, Catholic priest Daniel Flynn, singer Darlene Sweet, salesman Laramie Seymour Sullivan, and the sarcastic Emily Summerspring arrive at the El Royale, where they meet the hotel’s only employee, Miles Miller. Upon checking into the honeymoon suite, Sullivan (in reality an FBI agent named Dwight Broadbeck, sent to remove illegal surveillance equipment of unknown origin in one of the rooms) discovers a passageway leading into a corridor looking onto one-way mirrors in each of the hotel’s rooms, as well as a 16mm camera setup. Broadbeck witnesses an apparent kidnapping in progress in Emily’s room; he is instructed not to interfere with the kidnapping, and to sabotage the guests’ vehicles to prevent any of them from escaping.

    Meanwhile, Flynn invites Sweet to join him for dinner. She sees him spiking her drink and knocks him unconscious with a bottle, running out of the hotel to escape. Miles finds Flynn and reveals to him the secret passageway, afterwards explaining that “management” has instructed him to film the guests and send the footage to them. However, he chose to hold back one particularly incriminating film reel of a recently deceased public figure.

    Two sorcerers, Finn and Shernomore, have an intense magical duel in favor of saving Finn’s wife, Meena. Finn gains the upperhand at first, but is defeated by Shernomore who deceives him by stepping on a “force field”, and losing all of his powers and youthfullness, which then transfers to Shernomore and transforms Meena into a stone statue in exchange for her power of love as a source of his magic.

    In the present day, Ruslan, a wandering artist dreaming to become a knight, is having a small play which he plays the role of Finn and Shernomore, and is written by an eccentric and an aspiring playwright, Lester. In the castle lived a adventurous and kind princess named Meelah. She considers the castle as a hindrance for his father and the King, is forcing her to get married despite she doesn’t love whoever he suggests. One night, she sneaks out and she was almost harrased by two men, until Ruslan arrives. He saves Meelah from the two and escape. When the two are alone, Ruslan, afraid of being judged by his status, disguises himself as a knight.

    The next day, they share romantic moments as they develop their feelings for each other. Unfortunately, much to Ruslan’s surprise and horror, Meelah was kidnapped via a tornado by Shernomore, He tries to pursue Meelah, but fails to do so and knocks himself unconscious. When he gained consciousness, he is confronted by the King, who mistakenly accuses him of harming the princess. He tries to tell the truth, but none of them believed him. Realizing Shernomore is real, he consults Lester and they set off to the cave where a wise cat lives.

    The two asks for help on where to find Meelah and reveals to them a magic vortex where they discover a magical place and gives them a pea pod as a “gift”. When they reached the cliff, a hamster suddenly steals the pod and they pursue it. But they realized that they are supposed to give it to him and unlocks a dinosaur-like bridge.

    Meanwhile, at Shernomore’s castle, Meelah awakens at a bed and she tries to escape using a hat that makes the user invisible. Despite Shernomore casting a spell that makes all of the desserts there alive, she manages to defeat these and discovers the other ladies who are victims of Shernomore’s evil sorcery.
